Movement Facilitation + Performances

 

Hello curious beings, it´s been a more quiet beguining of year externally but a lot of things mooving backstage.

I finished my breathwork facilitation course as well as NLP and have been offering beautiful 1-1 sessions as well as assisting beautiful artistic projects such as "O inimigo do povo" by Marco Martins whcih will be 12,13,14 & 15 @CCB you must not miss it among others.

Happy to share with you the coming opportunities to connect with me in the coming year. Will confirm more things soon but meawhile here it is.
